Jackman was seen enjoying a night out with Sutton Foster, appearing relaxed and cheerful just months after he and his ex-wife Deborra-lee Furness announced their separation following 27 years of marriage.
Foster, known for her success on stage and screen, filed for divorce from her husband, Ted Griffin, in October 2023 after a decade of marriage. Representatives for Jackman and Foster have not provided any comments regarding their recent outing.

On January 4, Jackman attended one of the concluding performances of Foster’s Once Upon a Mattress at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles.
Joining him in the audience was Carol Burnett, who originally portrayed Foster’s role in the 1959 production. Photos shared by DeuxMoi show Jackman smiling while capturing a moment on his phone as Burnett, now 91, interacted with the crowd, waving and blowing a kiss.
Foster and Jackman, co-stars in the successful 2022 revival of The Music Man, have often spoken warmly about their work together. The production, which graced Broadway from December 2021 to January 2023, showcased their mutual admiration.
At the 2024 Drama Desk Awards, Foster described Jackman as one of the most incredible people and a fantastic co-star. During a 2022 appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers, she expressed how much joy the show brought her, highlighting how delightful it was to perform alongside Jackman.
Jackman, in turn, admitted to initially feeling daunted by Foster’s extensive accomplishments, praising her as a remarkable talent with an illustrious career. During the same interview, he reflected on seeing her early performances and shared his admiration for her work.
Both Jackman and Foster are navigating new chapters in their personal lives after the end of their respective marriages. Foster filed for divorce from Griffin, a screenwriter, in October 2023. Jackman and Furness, who met on the set of Correlli and married in 1996, announced their separation in September 2023.
The couple released a heartfelt statement at the time, emphasizing the love and respect they shared during their nearly 30-year marriage. They noted that their family would always remain a priority and expressed gratitude for the understanding and support from others during this transitional period.
Looking ahead, Jackman is set to return to the stage for a series of concerts at Radio City Music Hall. Titled From New York, with Love, the performances will begin on January 24, 2025, and run throughout the year.
