Reports indicate that Kim Kardashian has begun seeing a real estate investor who prefers to stay out of the spotlight. Page Six has disclosed that the 44-year-old entrepreneur, known for founding Skims, is “not in a committed relationship” but has been enjoying time with “somebody new.”
A source revealed that she met him through mutual friends but emphasized that he is not the only person she is currently dating, stating, “[Kardashian] is dating a few people at the moment.”

Kardashian has previously mentioned her preference for partners outside the entertainment industry. In a February appearance on the This Life of Mine with James Corden podcast, she shared her belief that while her ideal match does not have to be famous, it is essential for them to comprehend her unique lifestyle.
“They would just have to really somehow understand what this life is,” she stated, acknowledging her efforts to remain realistic while not settling for anything less than she deserves.
She further revealed, “I do [have a list]. But I’m also not so delusional to know that someone will check every single box.” Kardashian expressed her desire for someone who is “accountable for actions,” has “good teeth,” and can “hold their own,” adding that she seeks “a good, genuine person that’s driven and has their own motivations in life.”
The development of her relationship with the real estate investor comes eight months after her brief romance with NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. ended.
In September 2023, it was reported that Kardashian and the 32-year-old Miami Dolphins wide receiver had been “hanging out casually” in group settings, aiming to maintain a low profile for the sake of their children.
Kardashian shares four children—North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 4—with ex-husband Kanye West, while Beckham Jr. has a 2-year-old son, Zynd, with model Lauren Wood.
However, according to Page Six, the real estate investor is “not the first person she’s dated since her split from Odell.” A source mentioned, “She [became] empowered by staying single for so long.”
Before her relationship with Beckham Jr., Kardashian’s last prominent romance was with Saturday Night Live alum Pete Davidson, which lasted from November 2021 to August 2022.
At present, Kardashian is gearing up for her role as a lawyer in Ryan Murphy’s forthcoming drama All’s Fair, while also continuing her studies for the bar exam.
